I love my junk mail journal. It is the second one that I have made and I enjoy playing and puttering around in it. This is what it looks like:
It is made using an old envelope that held a set of those small 45 records of the story of It's A Small World. It was being thrown out at school and so I grabbed it. I collected a variety of junk mail and then sewed it all together, attaching it to the top of the pocket where the records used to go. I use that pocket to hold a variety of papers and quotes. It is my go to pocket when I need inspiration.
Lately, I have been really into colouring. I just draw a bunch of organic shapes and then colour.It is highly therapeutic. Here are a few of the pages I have done...
